About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for pre-kindergarten students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements:
- Assoicate's or Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred.
- Valid NV teaching license or certification in Early Childhood Education.
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and families.
- Passion for nurturing and developing young children's learning potential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
