We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team.

Location: 104 Professional Park Rd, Columbia, SC
Schedule: Must be available between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible shifts)
Compensation: Pay based on experience

Do you enjoy working with children of all ages and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment? We’re seeking a flexible and caring Floater Teacher to support classrooms across our center—from infants to preschoolers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lead and assistant teachers in classrooms serving children ages 6 weeks to 5 years
- Support daily routines including play, meals, diapering/toileting, and transitions
- Step into classrooms as needed to maintain ratios and continuity of care
- Foster a warm, safe, and inclusive environment for all children
- Communicate effectively with staff, children, and families
Qualifications:
- Experience working with young children across multiple age groups is required
- Education in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus
- Flexibility to work varied shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Ability to adapt quickly and support different teaching styles and classroom needs
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
