Infant Teacher – The Learning Experience - Milford
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience - Milford is seeking a caring and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team of early childhood professionals. Our educators create joyful, engaging classrooms that nurture curiosity and growth from the very start.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the infant classroom to ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
- Implement The Learning Experience® L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to support each child’s social, emotional, and physical development.
- Communicate daily with parents about routines, milestones, and achievements.
- Collaborate with co-teachers to create consistent, caring routines.
- Partner with the Center Director and staff to maintain quality standards and achieve center goals.
- Adhere to all Massachusetts ECE licensing and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional childcare experience (1 year preferred).
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
