Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
- Oversee all aspects of daily center operations, including staff management, enrollment, and compliance.
- Recruit, train, and mentor teachers to maintain excellence in instruction and care.
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing standards and health and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Foster strong relationships with families through open communication and engagement.
- Partner with leadership to meet enrollment goals and maintain high family satisfaction.
- Promote The Learning Experience’s mission to provide a joyful, safe, and educational environment.
- Director I and II Certification (Massachusetts) required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of preschool or childcare center management experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of early childhood curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices.
