Pay: $21 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Lead and mentor assistant teachers in your classroom.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to encourage social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Build meaningful relationships with families through communication and progress updates.
- Collaborate with the Center Director to meet classroom, quality, and enrollment goals.
- ECE certification (required).
- Minimum 6 months of teaching experience (1+ year preferred).
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Must meet all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements.
