The Learning Experience – Wilmington
Competitive Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday -No Weekends
- Lead, guide, and support your classroom team to provide a safe and loving space for infants.
- Implement our award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, fostering curiosity and early developmental growth.
- Build strong connections with families—sharing daily updates, milestones, and meaningful moments.
- Partner with center leadership to ensure a high-quality learning experience and a supportive workplace culture.
- Serve as a role model, inspiring a lifelong love of learning through play, care, and creativity.
- At least 6 months of professional teaching experience (1+ year preferred).

High school diploma/GED required; Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Familiarity with developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Must meet Massachusetts state licensing requirements for an infant teacher.
