At The Learning Experience, we’re looking for a Day Care Teacher who brings warmth, creativity, and joy to the classroom every day. As an ambassador of happiness, you’ll help children explore, discover, and grow—while making a lasting impact on families and your community.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and mentor classroom staff; model positive behaviors and provide guidance.
- Manage your classroom with care—creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, adapting to each child’s unique needs.
- Communicate regularly with families through our mobile app and daily updates, sharing each child’s progress and milestones.
- Partner with center leadership to support goals around learning, enrollment, and family engagement.
- Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic, joyful classroom community.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of teaching experience required; 1+ year preferred.

Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred (High school diploma/GED required).
- Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Must meet Massachusetts state licensing requirements.
