The Learning Experience in Rohnert Park is hiring a joyful and energetic Toddler Teacher to help little learners explore, grow, and develop independence in a nurturing classroom environment. If you love working with toddlers and want to make a meaningful impact while having fun — this is the place for you.
What You’ll Do
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children ages 12–24 months
- Support early social, language, and motor development through play-based learning
- Follow daily classroom routines including diapering, meals, and transitions
- Communicate consistently with parents to build positive relationships
- Implement TLE’s award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum®
- Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom
California Requirement
Must meet California Community Care Licensing requirements — minimum 12 ECE/CD units, including Infant/Toddler course(s). (Verification required prior to hire.)

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
