Lead Daycare Teacher
Pay: $15.92–$19.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do
- Lead a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, creating meaningful, hands-on learning experiences tailored to the developmental needs of infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.
- Create and maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Build strong partnerships with families by providing daily communication through our mobile app and in-person conversations.
- Serve as a positive role model while collaborating with and supporting fellow teachers to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 6 months of childcare or daycare experience preferred (lead teaching experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for young children.
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Must meet all state licensing requirements for the Lead Teacher position.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and helping children succeed.
