Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends
Pay: $16.50–$19.00 per hour (based on experience and education)
- Create a safe, stimulating classroom where children can learn, play, and grow.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P.® curriculum, making learning exciting and meaningful.
- Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to foster a supportive community.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and achievements.
- Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends.

- Ongoing professional development, tuition reimbursement, and clear pathways for career growth.
- Minimum of 6 months of professional teaching experience (1+ year preferred).

CDA, Associate, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred); High school diploma/GED required.
- Understanding of Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP).

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must meet state-specific licensing requirements.
