Location: The Learning Experience – Mandarin, Jacksonville, FL
Pay: $16 – $19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
- Create a safe, fun, and supportive classroom where children can learn and grow every day.
- Implement The Learning Experience® L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to support each child’s cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Partner with fellow teachers to plan engaging activities and maintain a positive, organized classroom.
- Build strong connections with families through daily communication and regular updates.
- Foster independence, confidence, and kindness in every child.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Previous experience in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting preferred.
- Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must meet Florida state licensing requirements for Preschool Teachers, including DCF training.
