At The Learning Experience® (TLE) in Midlothian, VA, we bring joy, discovery, and growth to every stage of early childhood education. Our Infant Teachers create a safe, nurturing daycare environment where babies (6 weeks–12 months) feel loved, supported, and ready to explore the world around them.
What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, individualized care and attention to infants.
- Support early milestones through sensory play and meaningful interaction.
- Follow each child’s feeding, diapering, and nap schedule consistently.
- Communicate daily with families about progress and routines.
- Implement The Learning Experience® L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to encourage curiosity and emotional development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment alongside your teaching team.
What You’ll Bring
- A genuine love for babies and a passion for early childhood education.
- Experience in a childcare or daycare setting preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet Virginia state licensing requirements for Infant Teachers, including background checks and training.
