Pay: $18 - $21 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Lead a classroom, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum, promoting growth and creativity.
- Assist with daily front office duties, including answering phones, greeting families, and handling parent inquiries.
- Support staff scheduling, classroom coverage, and daily center operations.
- Maintain strong communication with families and coworkers to foster a positive, professional environment.
- Ensure compliance with Virginia childcare licensing regulations and company policies.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- CDA (Child Development Associate) credential preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting.
- Comfortable with administrative tasks, including phones, email communication, and light office work.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; reliable and team-oriented.
- Must meet all state childcare licensing requirements.
