Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends

The Learning Experience of Mandarin – Jacksonville, FL is seeking a caring, nurturing, and enthusiastic Infant Teacher to join our growing team! We’re looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment for our youngest learners.
As an Infant Teacher, you’ll play an essential role in supporting the developmental milestones of babies in your care, building strong relationships with families, and helping each child feel secure, loved, and ready to explore the world around them.
What You’ll Do:
- Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment for infants (6 weeks–12 months).
- Implement daily routines and activities that support each child’s growth and development.
- Foster open communication with parents through daily updates and feedback.
- Ensure the health, safety, and hygiene of all infants under your supervision.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive teaching team and leadership staff.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare setting (1+ year preferred).

CDA, Associate, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; High school diploma/GED required.

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must meet Florida licensing requirements.
