Pay: $16 – $19 per hour (based on experience & qualifications)
Location: The Learning Experience – Palm Coast, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons using our proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum.
- Create a safe, clean, and positive classroom that supports every child’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Partner with co-teachers to design engaging learning experiences and classroom activities.
- Build strong, positive relationships with families through daily communication and updates.
- Encourage independence, creativity, and kindness in every child.
- Passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a lasting impact.
- Previous experience in a preschool, daycare, or childcare setting preferred.
- Ability to create engaging, play-based learning experiences.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Must meet Florida DCF licensing requirements for Preschool Teachers.
