Pay: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Lead and manage a toddler classroom in alignment with developmental milestones.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum, encouraging social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Foster a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment that supports exploration and creativity.
- Communicate regularly with families about daily activities and milestones.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to maintain classroom quality and compliance with NYC childcare standards.
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred.
- CDA (Child Development Associate) credential or 5 years of professional experience in early childhood education required.
- Minimum 6 months of classroom teaching experience (1+ year preferred).
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Must meet all NYC DOHMH childcare licensing requirements.
