Responsibilities
- Support the Center Director in daily operations, staff supervision, and compliance
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children and families
- Maintain licensing standards and center policies
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community
Qualifications
- Experience in early childhood education or childcare leadership (required)
- Knowledge of Texas childcare licensing standards (preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to lead with professionalism, empathy, and initiative

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
The Learning Experience
