Sign on Bonus: $1,000 after 90 days of employment
Location: Arvada, CO
Schedule: Monday – Friday, (No weekends)
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children ages 12–24 months
- Support early social, language, and motor development through play-based learning
- Follow daily classroom routines including diapering, meals, and transitions
- Communicate consistently with parents to build strong relationships
- Implement TLE’s award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum®
- Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom
Must hold a Level 2 or higher on the Colorado PDIS. Pyramid Plus or Infant/Toddler Certification is a strong plus. (Verification required prior to hire.)
- Experience in Preschool, childcare, preschool, or daycare preferred
- Positive, reliable, and attentive to safety and detail
- Passionate about early childhood education and development
