Location: Germantown, TN
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time. No weekends.
- Provide classroom support across all age groups, from infants to preschool
- Assist lead teachers with daily routines, activities, and supervision
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for every child
- Support learning and play experiences aligned with TLE’s award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum®
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and joyful center environment
- Communicate positively with staff and families to ensure consistency and care
Must have credentials documented in TNPAL (Tennessee Professional Archive of Learning) and meet Tennessee childcare training standards. Infant/Toddler Certification or related coursework is a plus.
- Experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool preferred
- Flexible, dependable, and eager to support multiple classrooms
