Salary: $19–$22/hour
Location: Timnath
Schedule: Monday through Friday, No Weekends, Full-Time
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children ages 3–5 years
- Support early social, language, cognitive, and motor development through play-based learning
- Follow daily classroom routines including meals, transitions, and learning activities
- Communicate consistently with parents to build positive relationships
- Implement TLE’s award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum®
- Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom
- Must meet Colorado PDIS requirements for Lead Preschool Teachers — Level 2 or higher (verification required prior to hire)
- Pyramid Plus or Infant/Toddler Certification is a strong plus but not required
- Experience in preschool, childcare, or early childhood education preferred
- Positive, reliable, and attentive to safety and detail
- Passion for early childhood learning and growth
