As an Enrichment Teacher, you will:
- Lead engaging enrichment lessons such as yoga, music, movement, STEAM, fitness, art, and hands-on learning experiences.
- Create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment that supports every child’s imagination and growth.
- Support and reinforce our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum using our lovable TLE characters.
- Build positive relationships with families and colleagues to create a collaborative, joyful learning community.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s enrichment experiences and accomplishments through apps and personal updates.
Do You:
- Have a genuine passion for inspiring young learners?
- Have previous experience working with children—such as teaching, coaching, dance, music, or other enrichment (preferred)?
- Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
The Learning Experience

Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
