As an Infant Teacher, you will:
- Provide loving, attentive, and individualized care to infants, ensuring all daily routines—feeding, diapering, napping—are handled safely and lovingly.
- Create a warm, calm, and responsive environment where babies feel secure and valued.
- Implement developmentally appropriate infant activities such as tummy time, sensory play, music, language building, and early social interactions.
- Support and reinforce our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum with gentle, engaging experiences that promote early milestones.
- Build trusting relationships with families through daily communication, sharing updates, photos, and meaningful moments.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.
- Have a deep love for caring for infants and supporting early development?
- Have one year of infant teaching/childcare experience (preferred) or at least six months (required)?
- Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?
