Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Location: The Learning Experience – Ledgewood
- Lead the daily operations of the 2-year-old classroom while ensuring a warm, engaging, and structured setting.
- Plan and implement TLE’s L.E.A.P. play-based curriculum, introducing age-appropriate learning activities that encourage creativity and curiosity.
- Support children’s emerging skills, including language, socialization, motor development, and early self-help abilities.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with families through daily updates and discussions about developmental progress.
- Partner closely with co-teachers and center leadership to uphold quality standards and licensing regulations.
- Create an organized, safe, and inviting classroom that supports exploration and learning throughout the day.
- Minimum 6 months of experience working in a childcare, daycare, or preschool environment (1 year preferred).

High school diploma or GED required; ECE coursework or CDA a plus.
- Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) for toddlers.

CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Must meet New Jersey state childcare licensing requirements.
