Pay: $21–$22 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Support the Lead Preschool Teacher with daily classroom routines, activities, and supervision.
- Help implement The Learning Experience’s age-appropriate curriculum, focusing on early literacy, math, social-emotional learning, and hands-on exploration.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children ages 3–4.
- Assist with meals, playtime, circle time, classroom transitions, and toileting as needed.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Communicate with families in a friendly, professional manner to support strong partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC childcare licensing requirements.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting preferred.
- Coursework or interest in Early Childhood Education (ECE) a plus.
- Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about working with preschool-age children.
