About The Learning Experience
The Learning Experience – Milford is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our toddler classroom supports independence, language development, problem-solving, and confidence through hands-on, play-based learning activities.
If you hold the required Toddler Teacher Certification in Massachusetts and love helping young children learn and grow, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive, mission-driven childcare center.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom for toddlers.
- Implement The Learning Experience’s curriculum to promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Support daily routines including meals, toileting, transitions, and rest time.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with families through consistent communication.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and center leadership to uphold EEC licensing standards and classroom quality.
- Encourage exploration, curiosity, and independence through engaging activities and interactions.
Qualifications

Massachusetts Toddler Teacher Certification required.
- At least 6 months of experience working with toddlers in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting.
- Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training available).
- Reliable, positive, and committed to supporting the growth of young learners.
- Must meet all state-specific EEC licensing requirements.
