The Learning Experience – Canton is hiring Infant Teachers for our brand-new, state-of-the-art center! We are looking for nurturing, patient, and dedicated educators who love supporting babies through their earliest developmental milestones.

As an Infant Teacher, You Will
- Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care to infants ages 6 weeks–12 months
- Create a calming, safe, and stimulating classroom with consistent routines
- Support early learning through sensory play, music, movement, and language interactions
- Maintain daily records of feeding, diapering, napping, and developmental notes
- Partner closely with families through regular updates and open communication
- Collaborate with team members to uphold licensing standards, classroom cleanliness, and safety procedures
Ideal Qualifications
- A passion for working with infants and supporting early development
- At least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare, daycare, or preschool setting
- CDA or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred (not required)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and infant care routines
