Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights | No Weekends

We are hiring a Preschool Teacher (ages 3-4) for our center located in the heart of O-Town West / Lake Buena Vista, serving children and families in a growing, vibrant community.

Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive behavior guidance
- Communicate professionally and regularly with families
- Observe and document child development and progress
- Follow all Florida licensing rules, health and safety standards, and center policies

Work collaboratively with leadership and classroom team members
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a licensed preschool or early childhood setting
- CDA or Early Education Degree Preferred
- DCF 45 Hours required
- Knowledge of early childhood development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistency
- Must meet all Florida licensing requirements, including background screening and training
- Reliable transportation and ability to maintain a consistent schedule

Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day
