Pay: $22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Provide consistent, responsive care in a safe and nurturing infant classroom.
- Support each child’s developmental needs through sensory activities, language exposure, and purposeful interactions.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to guide early learning and exploration.
- Partner with families by sharing daily updates, developmental progress, and classroom experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized environment that meets Massachusetts EEC licensing and health standards.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and center leadership to ensure high-quality care and program consistency.

Massachusetts EEC Infant Teacher certification required.
- Minimum 6 months of professional experience working with infants; 1+ year preferred.
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and infant behavior patterns.
