Pay: $19–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants ages 6 weeks–12 months.
- Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, napping, and sensory play.
- Create a safe, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and updates.
- Implement age-appropriate developmental activities to support early learning.
- Follow all Virginia state childcare licensing requirements and center policies.

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous experience working in an infant classroom is required.
- Knowledge of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available).
- Dependable, nurturing, and able to work in a team-centered environment.
