The Learning Experience in Bakersfield is hiring a joyful energetic and organized Prepper Teacher to support our toddler and twaddler classrooms. This role focuses on helping little learners build independence while keeping the classroom running smoothly and consistently. If you love working with children and enjoy keeping things structured and fun this is a great fit.
What You Will Do
• Create a warm safe and engaging environment for children ages 18 months to 3 years
• Support early social language motor and cognitive development
• Help with daily routines including meals diapering and transitions
• Assist lead teachers with classroom activities and play based learning
• Communicate positively with parents and staff
• Maintain a clean organized and joyful classroom environment
• Follow TLE’s award winning LEAP Curriculum

California Requirements
Must meet California Community Care Licensing requirements including a minimum of 12 ECE or Child Development units. Infant Toddler coursework is preferred but not required.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
