- Build Strong Family Partnerships: Share daily updates, photos, learning highlights, and progress reports using our communication tools and mobile app to keep families connected and engaged.
- Collaborate with Teaching Staff: Lead and mentor assistant teachers to ensure a consistent, warm, and enriching preschool learning experience; contribute to team planning and center-wide initiatives.
- Promote Social–Emotional Development: Guide preschoolers through routines, transitions, conflict resolution, and self-regulation using positive guidance techniques.
- 2+ years of experience as a Preschool Lead Teacher or similar role in a licensed childcare, daycare, or early childhood education center.
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field preferred; High School Diploma/GED required.
- Strong understanding of preschool development, early learning standards, play-based instruction, and kindergarten readiness.
- Knowledge of state and local childcare licensing requirements, preschool safety standards, and appropriate classroom ratios.
- Demonstrated skills in classroom leadership, communication, and positive behavior guidance.
