About the Role:
As a Curriculum Specialist at The Learning Experience #263, you will play a vital role in shaping and enhancing our educational programs. Join a passionate team dedicated to fostering a love for learning in young children while ensuring they meet developmental milestones.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative curriculum aligned with state standards.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and curriculum effectiveness.
- Collaborate with teachers to provide training and support on curriculum delivery.
- Monitor classroom activities to ensure adherence to educational best practices.
- Research and integrate new educational resources and technologies.
- Facilitate professional development workshops for staff.
- Engage with parents to communicate curriculum goals and student achievements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and educational regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education or curriculum development.
- Strong understanding of child development and educational best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using educational technology and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for teaching.
- Florida teaching certification or equivalent is a plus.

Compensation: $48,000.00 per year

Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
