The Learning Experience in Fresno is looking for a warm patient and attentive Infant Teacher to join our team. This role supports infants as they grow learn and build early trust through nurturing care and meaningful interactions. If you love creating a calm predictable environment for our youngest learners this position is a great fit.
What You Will Do
Provide a safe nurturing and responsive environment for infants
Support early developmental milestones including tummy time sensory play and early communication
Follow daily routines including feeding diapering and nap schedules
Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and updates
Maintain a clean organized and safe classroom at all times
Follow all state licensing guidelines and center policies
Collaborate with your teaching team to create a warm and supportive classroom environment

California Requirements
Minimum twelve completed ECE units required
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
Must meet state background check and health requirements
