Daycare Teacher
Pay: $16–$19 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.
- Bring our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to life through fun, hands-on learning experiences.
- Foster each child's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Build meaningful relationships with children and their families through daily communication, updates, and celebrations of milestones.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team that is dedicated to making every day a positive experience for our students.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 6 months of childcare or daycare experience preferred.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to meet all state licensing requirements for the position.
- A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and genuine passion for working with young children.

Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
