  •  Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team 
  •  Share daily updates and milestones with parents through our app and conversations 
  •  Help children grow academically, socially, and emotionally

  •  A genuine passion for working with children 
  •  Experience in childcare or early education (preferred, but not required—we will train the right person!)
  •  High school diploma/GED required; ECE or related degree preferred
