Location: Fresno, California
Schedule: Monday through Friday Full time (No Weekends)
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for infants
- Support social, emotional, sensory, and motor development through responsive care and play
- Follow daily classroom routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and transitions
- Observe and document developmental milestones
- Build strong relationships with families through consistent communication
- Implement The Learning Experience award winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Maintain a clean, organized, and nurturing classroom
- Must meet California licensing requirements for Infant Teachers
- At minimum must hold twelve ECE units
- CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain
- Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting
- Patient, dependable, and attentive to health and safety
- Passion for early childhood development and nurturing care
- No nights or weekends
