The Learning Experience in Elk Grove is seeking an energetic and dedicated Preschool Teacher to guide children as they explore, grow, and build confidence in a nurturing classroom. This role is perfect for an educator who enjoys fostering curiosity and supporting developmental milestones for children ages three to five.
What You Will Do
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
- Support social, emotional, cognitive, and motor development through play based learning
- Plan and implement daily learning activities and classroom routines
- Guide children through meals, transitions, and structured learning times
- Communicate consistently with families to build strong relationships
- Implement The Learning Experience award winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom
California Requirements
- Must meet California licensing requirements
- At minimum must hold twelve ECE units
- CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in preschool, childcare, or early childhood education preferred
- Positive, reliable, and attentive to safety and detail
- Passion for early childhood learning and development
Compensation: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
