What Youāll Do:
- Create a warm, engaging classroom where children feel safe and inspired
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P.Ā® Curriculum
- Foster curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Communicate regularly with families through our app and in person
- Collaborate with leadership to support center success
Youāre a Great Fit If You:
- Have a passion for working with children
- Have 2,500 hours of professional teaching experience
- Hold a CDA, Associate degree, or higher in ECE or a related field (preferred)
- Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
