We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and experienced Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers to join our joyful team at The Learning Experience! We are a BRAND NEW center in Mechanicsburg, PA and are seeking teachers for all ages!

What You’ll Do:

  • Create a warm, engaging classroom where children feel safe and inspired

  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P.ÂŽ Curriculum

  • Foster curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning

  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers

  • Communicate regularly with families through our app and in person

  • Collaborate with leadership to support center success

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Have a passion for working with children

  • Have 2,500 hours of professional teaching experience

  • Hold a CDA, Associate degree, or higher in ECE or a related field (preferred)

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
