About the Role:
Join The Learning Experience #352 in Cape Coral, FL, as a Two-Year-Old Teacher! This exciting position allows you to nurture and inspire young minds in a vibrant and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to foster cognitive and emotional growth.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment for two-year-olds.
- Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.
- Encourage social interaction and play-based learning among students.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that promotes exploration.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and educational practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude are essential.
