What You’ll Do:
- Support the Lead Teacher in creating a warm, engaging classroom
- Assist with implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum
- Help foster curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Communicate with families through our app and daily interactions
- Collaborate with staff and leadership to support center success
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have a passion for working with children
- Are nurturing, dependable, and eager to learn
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Have CDA or ECE coursework (preferred but not required)

The Learning Experience
