We are seeking a caring, flexible Classroom Floater to join our joyful team at The Learning Experience!
As a Floater, you’ll play an important role in supporting our classrooms throughout the day, helping create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children. If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and making a difference wherever you’re needed most, this is a wonderful opportunity to grow in a happy and supportive workplace.

What You’ll Do:
- Support classrooms across age groups as needed
- Assist teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging learning environment
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Step in to support ratios, transitions, and daily routines
- Collaborate with staff and leadership to support center success
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have a passion for working with children
- Are flexible, dependable, and enjoy variety in your day
- Are nurturing, patient, and a team player
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Have childcare experience or ECE coursework (preferred but not required)
