Pay: $22–$23 per hour (based on credentials and experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Create a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate classroom for infants and toddlers
- Implement age-appropriate activities that support sensory, motor, language, and social-emotional development
- Follow daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and play-based learning
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and updates
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC health, safety, and licensing regulations

Massachusetts Infant/Toddler Teacher certification required
- At least 6 months of experience working with infants or toddlers (1+ year preferred)
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Must meet all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
