Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $48,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience)
Requirement: Massachusetts Director I & II Credentials
- Recruit, interview, and onboard early childhood teachers and support staff
- Observe classrooms and provide coaching, feedback, and training
- Support consistent, high-quality curriculum implementation across all age groups
- Build weekly schedules and manage classroom ratios to meet EEC requirements
- Maintain staff files, onboarding, and compliance documentation
- Ensure daily compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations
- Partner with the Center Director to support enrollment growth and family engagement
- Help manage daily operations, staffing coverage, and center organization
- Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented school culture
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a preschool or childcare center (2+ preferred)
- Classroom teaching experience with infants, toddlers, and/or preschool
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field preferred
