Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $17–$19 per hour
- Prepare and portion breakfast, lunch, and snacks for children
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures
- Track and manage food allergies and communicate dietary needs with staff
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and inspection-ready
- Assist with inventory, food ordering, and basic kitchen records
- Support smooth mealtime operations throughout the center
- Follow all Massachusetts health department and EEC guidelines
- High school diploma or GED required
- Food Handler Certificate required or willingness to obtain
- Experience as a prep cook, daycare cook, school cook, kitchen assistant, or cafeteria worker preferred
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment
- Competitive pay: $17–$19/hr
