Pay: $22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Age Group: Toddlers & Preschool (approx. 2.5–4 years)
- Oversee daily classroom operations while maintaining a safe, positive learning environment
- Lead and support assistant teachers through coaching and example
- Deliver engaging lessons using The Learning Experience curriculum framework
- Adapt activities to support individual learning styles and developmental needs
- Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication and updates
- Work closely with center leadership to support enrollment, retention, and program quality
- Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts health, safety, and licensing standards

Massachusetts EEC certification required
- Minimum 6 months of classroom teaching experience (1+ year preferred)
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR/First Aid preferred
- $22–$23 per hour
