Pay: $21–$22 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Classroom: Toddlers (1.5–3 years)
- Support the Lead Teacher in a toddler classroom with daily activities and routines
- Help create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment
- Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, transitions, naps, and playtime
- Engage children in music, movement, sensory play, and early language activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
- Communicate positively with families during daily drop-off and pick-up
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC health, safety, and licensing standards
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working with toddlers or young children in a daycare or preschool setting preferred
- EEC certification or CDA is a plus (not required)
- Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, patient, and team-oriented
