Pay: $22–$24 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Step into infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms as needed
- Support Lead Teachers with daily routines, activities, and transitions
- Help maintain safe, clean, and engaging classroom environments
- Engage children through play-based learning, music, art, and hands-on activities
- Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, and classroom organization
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC health, safety, and licensing guidelines
- Experience working in a daycare, preschool, or childcare center required
- High school diploma or GED required
- EEC certification or Early Childhood coursework strongly preferred
- Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
