We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and committed Assistant Teacher to join our Preschool classroom teams. If you love supporting young children as they learn, explore, and grow, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a daily impact.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with lead teachers to deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities and routines
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment
- Support daily care needs, including diapering, feeding, and smooth transitions
- Build trusting, positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff
- Observe and document developmental milestones and classroom behaviors
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with Preschoolers (ages 3-5)
- Education in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus
- Flexibility to work within the 7:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

This position is subject to all applicable state licensing requirements.
Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
