What You’ll Do
As a Teacher at The Learning Experience, you will:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Implement our L.E.A.P. curriculum using fun, hands-on activities and beloved characters to make learning exciting
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and teammates
- Communicate with families regularly about their child’s progress, milestones, and daily activities (including through our mobile app)
- Support each child’s social, emotional, and academic development
- Help create a classroom where learning and play happen seamlessly every day
What We’re Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have a genuine passion for working with young children
- Have at least 6 months to 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred, not required for all roles)
- Have:
- An Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred), or
- A High School Diploma or GED (required)
- An Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred), or
- Are warm, patient, creative, and reliable
- Enjoy working as part of a team and growing in your role

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
The Learning Experience
At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow.
Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
